How do you ship and when will I receive my order?
We ship via InPost parcel lockers and courier. Orders placed by 2:00 pm are shipped the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Every product is carefully packed and protected for transport.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. We offer 14 days to return a product without giving a reason. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are made within 7 working days of receiving the return. Details are in our returns policy.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all Alvoria Perfume orders from Poland, so delivery is fast: just 1-2 working days. Every parcel is carefully packed and protected so the product reaches you in perfect condition.
